If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below.
To request a return please create a Support Ticket from your Account page. Please include your order number, description of products to return and reason for the request. Please note: Foods and Supplements may not be returned.
- After reviewing your request we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number with return instructions. We will not accept items for return without this RMA number.
- Please carefully re-pack the items for return including all accessories, manuals etc. and write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
- For items where we are paying for the return shipping, we will issue you a pre-paid return label and/or schedule a pickup for your package.
- When we receive the returned items in new condition we will issue a credit to your payment account for the price of the returned items. Return shipping costs are not covered.
