Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  If you would like to change something on an order that you have already placed please call us at 352 - 383 - 8011 and leave a message regarding the change.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays the Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages show a status of "delivered", check with your postal carrier, neighbors, members of your household etc. to see if they have knowledge of the package.

An item is missing from my shipment.

If your order displays the Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that all of your packages were delivered.

If you have all of the packages that were shipped and there is still an item missing, please call us or create a Support ticket for assistance.
