Orders will ship via USPS or UPS depending on weight.

Note: Pre-Mixed Substrate does not qualify towards free shipping amount.

We offer shipping via USPS. Shipping charges are figured, based on the order weight, at the time of check out.

Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.

We try to minimize your shipping costs whenever possible and refund the difference back to you. For example for USPS Priority shipping, we will try to fit your order in one of the Flat Rate boxes or Regional Rate boxes if it is less expensive.

When your merchandise ships, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail with tracking information and your payment will be processed.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders $99.00 or more, shipped in the continental US only. There are several items that do not qualify for or towards free shipping including our Substrate mixture (which ships at $13.60 per box). Usually the Free Shipping option will be offered during check out if your order qualifies. Orders will be shipped via the ground carrier of our choice UPS or USPS.

Sometimes your order does qualify but it may not be offered in the drop down menu, for example if you have both substrate and supplies in the same order and your supplies add up to $99, in this case we will adjust your shipping charge manually once we receive your order and refund the extra paid for shipping your supplies.
