Description Additional Information   This pack is designed to be mixed with 50 - 75 pounds of sand to create an enriched, healthy mixture for crabs to live on and bury in.   Features 50 pounds is about the right amount of substrate for a 10 gallon tank. The Eco Earth helps with moisture retention. The Oyster Shell supplements calcium. Hermit crabs commonly pick at and eat their substrate. Great Kit! June 23, 2010 Reviewer: Kristin D. from Orlando, FL United States   This was a great simple kit, everything you need (except for the sand) to make a great substrate.
